I Loved this book. It hooked me from beginning to end. The spirituality element throughout was very interesting and intriguing, having it hand and hand with religion was especially interesting for me, reading about the Magi and Mary and Joseph. I adored Melody, her character was engaging and her determination in her search was admirable. The development of who she was at the beginning and her outwitting those on her tail by the end was incredible to read about. I was on the edge of my seat for the majority of this book, I found myself going “melody, no!” Multiple times because I was really rooting for her on her journey. There were a lot of characters in this story, each characters significance was all tied together nicely and in sometimes surprising ways.
